Time for me to drop a few lines of my half way thru life. Born from a place where heart of peninsula malaysia, with full of politician and head of notorious ie: chan chiang siang, chan kong choy, fu ah kow and kali muthu that's call "BENTONG". Raised up from a middle class family on toreh getah to earn a living. After school, to singapore, work at construction and attended night courses. Nearly 15yrs in singapore than decided back to malaysia and partner few friends to start own construction firm, seem to be very good turn-over on the first two years.
unfortunately after yr three, 360 degree up turned coz lack of knowledge on risk management.
Decided to close down and to be an employee rather than employer. Joined Instacom on 14-11-05 as site engineer, by now opportunity given and being promoted to "OM" quite challenging job.

you're the lights on top of mountain and shining down brightness towards the whole village but unfortunately some stumbling block created sheild and filter for reflexing brightness to the emperor. pityfull monarchy with all kind of darkness, hopefully a charter will bring transparency to the kingdom. is tis a culture or mentality

we cannot stop the time for running. something happen on last time is Past. just left then behind and forget it. The most important thing is look for future and walk with the journey with happiness and full of joy.

Fear not! Things will get done and pierce through all those layers of obstruction. I am confident!
However, we need to keep pushing for reform and continuously improve to get the company to world class standards. That's only way we can reap the fruits of labour.

I will do my best I can to drive Instacom to worldclass so that all of the employees have a great place of work. The most important thing is: All of you must have faith and passion to make this company worldclass. So, you must continue to lead the others and keep up with the good works you have done so far.
